To view the history of changes made to a Survey, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Surveys" tab located at the top of the administrative user interface.

2. Select the Survey for which you want to view the history of changes in the list of Surveys below the "Surveys" small tab located on the left hand side of the administrative user interface.

3. Click on the "Edit the selected survey." button.

4. In the Survey window, click on the "History" tab.
